Development is ongoing

Part of the development philosophy over at OSMstudios is that as long as a project can be improved upon it is a work in progress. As anyone with development experience knows, this means no OSMstudios project is ever finished. They do occasionally shuffle in priority. We always turn our attention to the projects needing the most help.

As far as OSMstudios projects go, OSMUrl.us is very young. There are a lot of things that need to be done before OSMUrl.us is considered feature complete.

Features being added at OSMUrl.us include:

Reporting Toolset - OSMUrl.us will feature much richer and much more diverse reports for each one of your OSMUrls. We also plan to have statistic breakdowns and exporting features.
Administrative Toolset - In order to keep OSMUrl.us running smoothly for your use we are building tools for our site and server maintainers to use.
deOSMifier - To protect people that see our URLs from spam we are building a system that allows you to preview a URL before you go to it. This system will be computer readable so it can be added into various plugins.
URL Hugifier - A fun little thing we're working on. What if your URLs are just too small? We can help.
Efficiency Updates - We're rewriting code to minimize server requests and push information out faster. This should increase performance for all our users.
Site Redesign - OSMstudios is actively seeking a contractor to redo the OSMUrl.us design. It needs a little bit of spiffying up.
